Vote on GOLD to reaffirm support fees for important campus resources!
What is reaffirmation?
The majority of CLAS funding comes from student fees that were voted into place by past UCSB students.
According to the AS Constitution:
“Existing lock-in fees must be placed on the ballot for reaffirmation every two (2) years following the adoption of the fee. Such fees can only be reaffirmed with a fifty percent plus 1 (50%+1) vote in support to the continuation of the fee, with at least twenty (20%) of the Associated Students’ Membership voting.”
A vote of YES reaffirms that students would like to continue to pay the support fee of $10.96 per quarter that keeps CLAS open and available to all undergraduate students for no additional charge.
